Out of college, no idea what to do with our lives and sharing only a passion for all things Internet ... We were saddened with the state of online advertising, and quite a few of us had marketing training ... So ... The logical conclusion for our small group of friends was to put what we learned to work, creating an online endeavor in which we attempt to bridge the gap between resource and commerce ... Thus, The Bridge of Knowledge, an (admittedly) upstart Internet marketing organization with the goal of bringing the advertisers and host sites together in a manner that comfortably suits the needs of both.
No spam, no used-car salesman lingo, no pop-ups, no questionable content - we seek a realistic, more gentle approach. We want good, solid and usable information presented and accessible in a non-intrusive manner. We want value for our clients and we want pain-free ad placement for our host friends. We do this with a touch of "outside-the-box" thinking:
- Prospective clients, you will not see your ads in banner form; sometimes your advertising will be rather subtle
- Ad-hosting friends, you will not be barraged with unfriendly code and inappropriate graphics
Yes, this is all quite unusual and maybe even groundbreaking; we think it works, and we have a plentiful roster of satisfied clients. These good people want to be associated with resourceful, respected web sites - sites with great information and appeal. We make it happen. We build the bridge.
